The USD200million luxury condominium project has been designed and led by world renowned engineering consultant firm, Meinhardt (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., in partnership with the Crescent Standard Group of Pakistan. The project is being developed in conjunction with DHA who is providing the land for this development. The launch of its 2nd phase today is targeted at Pakistani expatriates living abroad. The 1st phase of this project was launched in September last year in Karachi, Pakistan.
