Novotel Hyderabad, a five star hotel developed by Emaar Properties, the Dubai based real estate company, will be completed in March. This new real estate project coming up in Hyderabad will be the main center to cater to the business travelers.

The hotel would have two restaurants and the 286 guest room hotel is coming up adjacent to the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC), the biggest such facility in India in the City of Hyderabad.
The HICC and Novotel are one of the several projects taken by the Dubai based Emaar Group in Hyderabad city. The leading Dubai based real estate developer is also developing a Golf Course in the outskirts of the city.
HICC is the state of the art facility and the biggest such facility of Dubai and Singapore in Asia. The state government hopes that this facility will help developing Hyderabad in to a conference and convention capital. The convention centre was being taken up by Emaar with its joint venture partner AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd.
Novotel Hyderabad will be hosting the 39th annual meeting of the Asian Development Bank which will be held from May 3 to 6.
