Infinity Tower, which will be 80 storeys high, will be a dominant feature on Dubai Marina's landscape. It will be the world's tallest tower to feature with a 90 degree twist, a masterpiece of contemporary style and spiraling design and having luxury residential apartments, lofts and penthouses.

Cayan are acting as the real estate developer for the project with sister company Palma Real Estate responsible for the sales and marketing function.
Infinity at 330 meters will be located opposite Grosvenor House and at the beginning of the Dubai Marina. Infinity will be Dubai Marina's most sought after locations as the unique design will give each apartment a staggering view of Palm Island, the Arabian Gulf, and or the Marina.
Skidmore Owings and Merril (SOM) are chosen as architectural partners whose earlier project was Burj Dubai. The structural system for the tower is high strength with a reinforced concrete column superstructure that rotates with the twisting shape to create a helix. In addition each floor will accommodate a 1.2 degree twist to achieve the full 90 degree spiral.
