Dubai World Central is expanding its human resource footprint as several components of the DWC-Al Maktoum International Airport go-live during 2008-09. Middle East residents and international professionals, including UAE Nationals, with technical backgrounds can now aspire to be employed with a world-unique project Dubai World Central (DWC), the 140 square kilometre urban land development centred around the world’s largest airport under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
“While last year’s HR drive provided young emiratis an opportunity to use their skill sets and resources in one of the government’s most strategic initiatives so far, this year’s approach is to ensure all DWC’s operational requirements are met,” said Hassan Hokal, Human Resources Group Director, Dubai World Central. “People form the cornerstone of any massive project and we recognise that expatriates have contributed to the building of the nation. Dubai World Central hopes to attract the best talent in the aviation, logistics and real estate industry from around the world.”
Over 50 technical vacancies related to DWC-Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai Logistics City is expected to be announced this week.
