Flame Ridge Tree, Real Estate Development in Dubai's Jumeirah Golf Estates |
Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai’s premier residential golf development and host venue for the Dubai World Championship from 2009, has awarded two key building contracts for Phase A of the real estate development to Al Naboodah Laing O’ Rourke Co LLC and A.N.C Contracting (a member of the A.N.C. Group of Companies).
David Spencer, CEO, Golf for Leisurecorp, the owner of Jumeirah Golf Estates, said, “We are delighted to announce A.N.C Contracting and Al Naboodah Laing O’ Rourke Co LLC as key contractors for properties at Jumeirah Golf Estates. A.N.C Contracting will build 99 villas within the Flame Tree Ridge real estate development and 66 villas in the Fireside community in Dubai's Jumeriah Golf Estate. It has already mobilized to site and undertaken preparatory works in advance for the villa construction, which is now underway and on schedule. Al Naboodah Laing O’ Rourke Co LLC will construct the Whispering Pines cottages and casitas, together with the prestigious Norman Clubhouse and ancillary buildings.
