Dubai Investments (DI), a world-class investment company with interests in real estate in the UAE and the Middle East, has strengthens its commitment to the development of the Emirate of Ajman by participating in the Ajman Urban Planning Conference (AUPC) 2008. The conference held from March 24-26, 2008 under the patronage of HH Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and the Ruler of Ajman.
Khalid Kalban, MD and CEO, DI, said, “In line with the vision of the government of the UAE, DI has, since its inception in 1995, continuously endeavored to support industries in the region while growing its investment portfolio. Dubai Investments’ stand at the exhibition has exhibited its latest real estate projects with particular focus on its upcoming Dh14 billion mixed-use flagship project in Ajman. Prestigious projects undertaken by Dubai Investments Real Estate (DIRC) and Al Taif Investments will also be highlighted at the exhibition. DI’s Ajman project will comprise of commercial, residential and recreational areas linked by a well-planned transportation network that will facilitate easy travel within the project.
