Dubai-based real estate development company, Cirrus Developments LLC, has been approved to offer end-user financing for its realty projects by both Badr Al-Islami and Mashreq.
Behnam Eshragh, Chairman and CEO, Cirrus Developments, said, “We are thrilled that Cirrus Developments has been approved for end-user financing. It is a major step in the development of our company and a real validation of our business”.
Cirrus will offer end-user financing for their first project Celestial Heights in Downtown Jebel Ali, a mixed-use development offering both residential and commercial units are available.
