| Dubai Land Department reports Dh1.16 billion worth of real estate sales in the emirate |
The combined value of real estate sales in Dubai on February 24, 25, 26 and 27, 2008 was Dh1.16 billion according to Dubai Land Department. The highest sale during the period was recorded for a plot at Al Warsan First for Dh39, 500, 500, followed by Dh35, 000,000 for an existing building at Al Farsan First.
All the villa sales for the week were conducted at Emirates Hills Third. The total value of land sales was highest on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 (Dh279, 475,904).
The combined value of plot sales during the period was approximately Dh715.9 million, for flats Dh114.8 million and for villas Dh18.36 million. The real estate sale transactions include those of land, villas and apartments in Dubai.
