Sobha Group, India-based real estate development firm with several projects in Dubai, has launched its 3rd commercial development, Sobha Sapphire, at the prestigious Business Bay in Dubai. The 19-storey building will feature 18,000 sq ft of retail space spread over the ground floor while the office space will be located on floors 4 to 19, with a total of 165 office units ranging in size from 900 sq ft to a spacious 2,000 sq ft.
