Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai’s premier residential golf development, has announced a strategic partnership with tennis legend Chris Evert. The tennis legend will offer her consultation on and brand the tennis facilities throughout Jumeirah Golf Estates.
David Spencer, Chief Executive, Leisurecorp, the company developing Jumeirah Golf Estates, said, “With Greg Norman, Sergio Garcia, Vijay Singh and Pete Dye involved in the creation of Jumeirah Golf Estates, we are working with some of the legends of world sport. Today, we are proud to announce the arrival of a fifth legend into the Jumeirah Golf Estates fold”.
Chris Evert will work with the development team at Jumeirah Golf Estates to plan and develop tennis facilities and programmes for members, residents and guests. This will include the creation of a Chris Evert Tennis Center with state-of-the-art coaching facilities and various playing surfaces.
