Habtoor Hospitality's latest and most ambitious hotel project to date has opened its doors for business on Saturday, 10th September. Spread over an area of nearly 30,000 square meters, the USD 195-million Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa is the latest five-star addition to Dubai's famous and all-embracing Jumeirah Beach.

Commenting on the project, Khalaf Ahmed Al-Habtoor, Chairman of Al Habtoor Group said: "From its iconic towers to the immaculate landscaped gardens and private beach, the resort was custom-built to support the latest in design and technology, whilst embracing a touch of Arabia for the ultimate business or leisure experience."
The development comprises 442 deluxe rooms and suites with views over the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Marina or the tropical gardens, 13 restaurants and bars, banqueting for over 1,000 guests, an array of water sports and a state of the art spa offering a full range of treatments from aromatherapy to dry flotation. In addition, the magnificent landscaped gardens are an ideal setting for outdoor banquets in the cooler months where there is ample room to host up to 5,000 guests.
Guest rooms and suites are spacious, with exceptional furnishings and décor with tasteful Arabesque touches, which provides a subtle Middle Eastern ambience. There is a full suite of business amenities providing seamless communications and an 'office away from the office'.

"The unique aspect is our end to end wireless network," commented Arthur De Snoo, General Manager, Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa. "Whether guests are relaxing by the pool or working from their rooms, they will be able to access one of over 230 wireless access points, giving both business and leisure guests' high speed internet links with total mobility right throughout the property," he added.
Conference and banqueting facilities at the resort can cater for over 1,000 guests in the luxurious Al Andalous Ballroom. A dedicated Boardroom and two additional meeting rooms complete the line-up with meeting space for 80 delegates each.
'With such a variety of features, business facilities and services the resort is tailor-made for individual business visitors as well as groups and naturally lends itself as an ideal incentive destination," added De Snoo.
The resort's signature restaurant is an international fine dining experience called the 25th and is appropriately situated on the 25th floor in one of the resort's towers. The restaurant's terrace affords panoramic views across the Dubai Marina and the Arabian Gulf.
