Dubai Property Ring, a reputed real estate firm in Dubai, unveiled the first rotating residential tower in the world, Times Residences, at the City of Arabia, Dubailand in Dubai. The 30-floor building weighing 80,000 ton will have 200 apartments including 1, 2, 3, 4 bedroom houses along with 4 and 5 bedroom luxury penthouses.
Tav Singh, Director, Dubai Property Ring and the developer of the building, said, "This building will represent the very epitome of luxury living, not only will it defy the laws of gravity and momentum, but also it stands to refine the standards for luxury living in the region and the world."
The tower is designed to offer comfort and luxury to its residents with maximum of 8 apartments on a floor. The uninterrupted floor to ceiling views and ample open space are the highlight of the opulent residential tower. The project will start in June 2007 and is expected to be completed by 2009.
