Maysan Real Estate Investments Co. LLC, part of Al Nasser Holdings, announced the launch of Liwa Heights, a 40-floor freehold tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers, at a press conference in the Emirates Towers. Designed by internationally renowned architects KEO International, Liwa Heights offers spaciously appointed one and two bedroom apartments. The tower is managed by Northcroft Middle East and is slated for completion in 2007. Financing is available through Union National Bank.
