Jumeirah Heights
Wedged between Jumeirah Islands and Jumeirah Lake Towers, Jumeirah Heights is a residential community of 2,300 residences. This master project is being developed by premier Nakheel, and is split into 3 zones, The Village Centre, The Fronds and The Clusters. As part of phase I, The Village Centre will contain 2 mid-rise buildings, accommodating over 650 apartments plus a wealth of retail facilities.
The Fronds at Jumeirah Heights are set to have 2 mid-rise buildings in addition to 17 townhouses. Also the 2 clusters will have 3 low rise structures with 2 and 3 bedroom loft apartments with private gardens. Residents of Jumeirah Heights will be serviced by two metro stations that will be located quite close to the development when it is complete.
