Dubai Sports City offers visitors and residents an unprecedented shopping experience through its largest retail offering - Arena Mall. Covering 1.8 million square feet, Arena Mall is located within the city's stadia precinct. It is linked by a direct pedestrian walkway to the 15,000 capacity multi-purpose indoor stadium. The 25,000 capacity dedicated cricket stadium, 60,000-seater multi-purpose outdoor stadium and 5,000-seater hockey stadium are in close proximity providing heightened footfall for Arena Mall on a regular basis.
The estimated annual retail potential of the mall alone is AED 259 million. The shopping arcade has some 230 units with an appealing mix of speciality stores, everyday shopping outlets and luxury lifestyle products. In addition, it has cafes, restaurants and a cinema multiplex.
Besides Arena Mall, Dubai Sports City offers restaurants, resorts and two 5-star hotels catering to external visitors.
