Shami Tower is located in the residential district of Dubai Sports City. Part of the multibillion dollar landmark development Dubailand, Dubai Sports City is in the vicinity of the Arabian Ranches development and the Autodrome venture and the future of Dubai. The project’s north end adjoins the new Emirates Road, thereby providing excellent accessibility to key locations. Also located in the area is the International Media Production Zone, home to Hollywood style production studios and media offices. International City and Dragon Mart, the largest market for Chinese goods is also in the neighborhood.
