Dubai Logistics City – Offices and AccommodationDLC provides an office park as well as land along the DLC access road that can be developed to host a wide range of service businesses. The office park is located in the heart of Dubai Logistics City as part of a landscaped campus. It is part of the free zone but situated outside the customs bonded area, thus combining the free zone operational advantages with easy and unrestricted public access.
The office park provides more than 400,000 sq. m of rentable office space. DLC supplies modular office space to allow utmost flexibility. Sections of 100 sq. m can be combined to create larger integrated offices or even merged into entire floors. This allows companies to easily set up their local operations, administrative offices, showrooms and customer facing facilities or entire head offices. Multi-level car parking ensures easy access to all 18 office blocks and a dedicated road network links the DLC office park to the Emirates Road.
Accommodation
To ensure ongoing quality and continuity on site, the project also has its own Staff Village set in landscaped surroundings with sports and leisure facilities, restaurants, shops and service centers. The accommodation will be available for lease on an apartment, floor or block basis and will set new standards in staff accommodation.
Dubai Logistics City – Labor Village
Set in a landscaped environment and within very easy commuting distance of the workplace, Labor Village accommodates up to 42,000 inhabitants in an area of 350,000 sq. m. The village’s three and four storey blocks are home to restaurants, community amenities, mosques, shops and service centers, and a diverse range of recreational and sports facilities.
Labor Village is managed and maintained by DLC. Accommodation is available for lease on an apartment, floor or building basis. The village offers direct and convenient access to warehouses, terminal buildings and offices within the free zone, as well as the public roads and infrastructure outside Dubai Logistics City.
