Palm Deira real estate property is located between the Dubai Creek and Port Hamriya |
Dubai-based real estate firm Nakheel plans to move ahead with the sale of some plots on the Palm Deira property in November as company officials trashed rumours that the international monetary crisis has dented investor confidence.
Abdulla Bin Sulayem, operations director of Palm Deira: "We don't see any impact from the global crisis. The demand is always there. Our neighbouring projects in Port Rashid showed very successful sales. So, we know that if people are willing to pay that premium for land, we know that there's huge demand and people are still searching for properties in this area."
Mother of all palm-shaped artificial islands in Dubai, Palm Deira realty located between the Dubai Creek and Port Hamriya, has been 36 per cent reclaimed and is well on course to receive first installment of residents in the next two to three years, company officials said.
