Jumeirah Heights is a self-contained real estate development in Dubai |
Al Shafar General Contracting (ASGC), leading construction company in the UAE, has won a contract worth Dh1.1 billion from Nakheel, renowned Dubai-based real estate developer, to construct a mixed residential property development in Jumeirah Heights.
Jumeirah Heights will comprise a spacious, contemporary, urban community with mid-to-low-rise apartments and townhouses.
ASGC will be working on one of 2 identical clusters, Frond B, comprising 2 mid-rise apartment buildings, 17 townhouses and 3 low-rise buildings that will house 2 and 3-bedroom loft apartments with private gardens.
