Hydra Downtown Tower, real estate project at the Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai |
Hydra Properties, the leading UAE-based international real estate developer, has begun the excavation and piling work for its prestigious Hydra Downtown Tower project located at the Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. Hydra Downtown Tower will rise up to 45 floors where first 30 floors are exclusive residential units while the final 15 stories form a 5-star hotel, will provide stunning views of Downtown Dubai and the world's tallest tower, Burj Dubai.

The real estate project in Dubai is expected to be completed by 2010. The foundation work is being done by Middle East Foundation Company while Al Turath Engineering Consultancy is the engineering consultants for the project.
