Emaar International Jordan, the country subsidiary of Dubai-based real estate developer Emaar Properties, has completed the second phase design of The Apartments, a residential community in Samarah Dead Sea Resort, with construction set to commence shortly. The progress on the real estate project further highlights the property sector dynamic of the Dead Sea region and Samarah's contribution to the local economy. The project also underscores the superior property development standards brought to the region by Emaar Properties, which has a track record in creating internationally acclaimed projects across the world.

A cluster of 8 low-rise buildings, The Apartments is an integral part of Rift Living homes, one of the key components of Samarah Dead Sea Resort, a mixed-use real estate project featuring all modern amenities including retail outlets, hotels, Beach Club and leisure facilities in close proximity. The Rift Living homes are located directly on the Dead Sea, adjacent to the waterway and across Wadi Mukheiris from the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre and Samarah Dead Sea Resort Sales Centre. Work on Dead Sea Resort is currently progressing on schedule.
