Dubai Studio City showcases Village Centre real estate project at Cannes Film Festival

Dubai Studio City (DSC), a member of TECOM Investments, unveils the components of its Village Centre, over Dh1.5 billion multi-functional real estate project in Dubai, at the 61st Cannes Film Festival 2008 for industry professionals as well as the public at large.

Jamal Al Sharif, Executive Director, Dubai Studio City, said: "The Village Centre will be a vibrant component of Dubai Studio City, offering unrivalled experiences for visiting regional and international film makers. Developed over two million sq ft of land, the real estate project will be located within the heart of Dubai Studio City. Dubai's dedicated free zone for media production and broadcasting industries also showcased its excellent overall infrastructure facilities at the much acclaimed global event for the motion picture industry, which opened on 14 May.
