Sunland Group, leading real estate developer, launched The Atrium, Dh 6 billion luxury mixed-use development with a highly sculptural glass façade, at Madinat Al Arab, the premier beachfront community at the prestigious Waterfront precinct in new Dubai. The development's unique and majestic design is set to be one of Waterfront's most iconic buildings reaching 278 ms above sea level.
