Al-Duaa Holdings, Dh4 billion UAE-based real estate development, advisory and investment company, along with A&A Investments, a regional leader in investment services, has announced the launch of ‘The Residences', Dh240 million freehold residential realty project at Jumeirah Village in Dubai. The 10-storey project will offer 277,929 sq ft of premium quality residential and retail space with ample parking.
