The completion of The Crescent follows hot on the heels of DAMAC Properties finishing its Lake View real estate project in Dubai |
Dubai-based real estate developer, DAMAC Properties is currently on the verge of finishing The Crescent, to be completed at the International Media and Production Zone in Dubai. The Crescent is a three tower development located near the Emirates Road and customers have now commenced the final inspections of their apartments with occupancy due in December.
CEO of Damac Properties Peter Riddoch said:‘ We are delighted to see The Crescent entering this final stage and feel sure the residents will be as pleased as we are to see their apartments are nearly ready. This is a significant step for DAMAC Properties - marking the first of our projects to be completed at IMPZ and also contributing to the double achievement of two of our properties being finished within weeks of each other."
The completion of The Crescent follows hot on the heels of DAMAC Properties finishing its Lake View project - the company's second tower to be completed in Jumeirah Lake Towers. Customers are also expected to move into this building next month.
