Mayadeen CEO Naser Al-Attar feels, Dubai Maritime City's location will prove beneficial for commercial real estate unit |
Second Mayadeen of Emirates Co WLL, subsidiary Company of National Ranges Company (Mayadeen)", buys a land in Dubai Maritime city, valued at Dh 402 million (approximately).
Mayadeen CEO Naser Al-Attar said: "Mayadeen was excited to purchase land and be part of this project due to Dubai Maritime City's excellent location and the fabulous layout that provides a well spread landscape with great sea views that every building has access to."
Real estate project is a commercial one, sitting on more than 105 thousand square feet with a total coverage area of more than 643 thousand square feet. As for the real estate project in Abu Dhabi, Mayadeen has recently appointed the contractors to start work on their Aurora and Dari properties in Al Reem Island and the four tower project is expected to be completed by March 2011.
