Cityscape Abu Dhabi, the UAE capital's premier real estate investment and development show, opens today at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre with an aim to create new attendance records. To underscore the importance of the event as a showcase for the capital's intricate planning, sustainable projects and investment transparency, HH General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces has agreed to be patron of Cityscape Abu Dhabi for a second successive year.
The Abu Dhabi government and local real estate giants have shown full support for Cityscape Abu Dhabi. Major realty developers such as Mubadala, Sorouh Real Estate, ALDAR Properties and Al Qudra Real Estate will have a significant presence in the event.
Two parallel conferences will run alongside on sustainable development and real estate finance and investment at the show. The green theme will be dominant at Cityscape Abu Dhabi Awards that will recognize excellence in real estate investment and development, including Islamic finance and sustainability awards.
