Advent of Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency has affirmed investors faith in emirate's property market |
The government of Ajman has established Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA) through the newly issued Emiri decree No 11, 2008 in order to streamline the property sector of the emirate.
To begin with, ARRA has started the registration of real estate developers. The developers will have to pay fees of Dh100,000 to register while for real estate projects, it is Dh50,000. The agency has also issued a list of documents to be submitted for the registration process.
