Coconut Island, premier real estate development, is located off the west coast of Abu Dhabi |
ALDAR Properties, a leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi, has announced the completion of land reclamation and dredging for Coconut Island, premier island resort master development located off the west coast of Abu Dhabi. The island resort real estate project is, a joint venture between ALDAR and National Cooperation for Tourism and Hotels, expected to be completed in 2010.
Rami Hreiki, Senior Project Manager, ALDAR Properties said: Both ALDAR and NCT&H have a deep interest in the future of Abu Dhabi and in developing quality projects that generate greater choice for both residents and tourists."
Island resort project's new lagoon, which will form part of its centre-piece, has started taking shape in UAE capital. The next phase of the island resort realty development will involve soil investigation, soil improvement and shoreline protection works prior to commencing the infrastructure and buildings.
