The 15th edition of Arabian Travel Market will be held in Dubai from May 6-9. The premier travel and tourism event, held at Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre (DIECC), is aimed at exploring and nurturing the business prospects within the Middle East and pan Arab region.

The expo showcases new destinations, accommodation options, travel technology solutions and a variety of tourism services. The event will host several travel and tourism-centric seminars spread over three trade days. Arabian Travel Market also offers the options of intensive meetings, seminars, press conferences and social networking opportunities.

The exhibition presents an excellent opportunity to investors in the hospitality sector, who is targeting the immense potential this region represents. Since from its inception, each show has seen a surge in the participation of exhibitors, delegates and visitors. Floor space and buyer numbers have also grown rapidly than anyone could have imagined.

This year's show boasts of many new-to-market exhibitors, as well as increased space uptake from over 62 national tourist bodies with products and services representing 70 countries, including show debutants Bangladesh, Philippines, Djibouti, Georgia, Senegal and Nepal. The event's signature awards scheme, the New Frontiers Awards, will be staged for the third time in 2008 as well. The show will be open to the public only on its final day.
