ICE Tower

ICE tower is a 30-storey real estate project in Dubai Marina

Abyaar, boutique real estate developer, has launched 3 new developments that are set to become icons of Dubai's burgeoning skyline at Cityscape Dubai 2008. The latest offerings by Abyaar are the ICE tower and Pier 8 in Dubai Marina and Dubai Arts District in International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).

Marzooq Al Rashdan, VC & MD, Abyaar, said, "All developments offer a different spin on lifestyle-living and, as always, we have partnered with accomplished suppliers and service providers to bring our buyers truly signature developments. Our aim is to continually outdo customer satisfaction, and offer design and quality conscious buyers property that surpasses their expectations in terms of luxury and excellence. Our projects are end-user focused, aimed at those wanting to live in less mainstream environments, with enduring high-quality."

The ICE tower, designed by Australian architect Karl Finder, is 30 levels of angular glass that will house 103 spatially-unique apartments. Designed by Atkins, Pier 8 rises up some 39 floors within Dubai Marina offering 234 units, ranging from studios to apartments, with two sky villas and 3 exclusive townhouses. Dubai Arts District is dominated by a commercial cluster, designed with optical illusion by RTKL, known worldwide for their creation of stunning and functional places that simultaneously uplift, inspire and evoke local and national pride. The residential portion of the project, designed by Marks Barfield Architects, provides modern, industrially-inspired character-space.
