ADNEC to develop Dh3.5 billion Al Ain Convention Centre and District

Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has unveiled the plans for a proposed Dh3.5 billion business and residential real estate development, Al Ain Convention Center and District, to be built around a state-of-the art convention centre, hotel and cultural centre in Al Ain, UAE.  

Simon Horgan, ADNEC, CEO, said, "This development has been designed for the community and features significant open spaces which are all connected by walkways and usable areas that are free of cars.  Considerable thought has been given to creating a natural and sustainable environment that people will enjoy using".

Located near the municipality area of the city, Al Ain's first real estate development focuses on convention development to create a vibrant business and lifestyle destination for residents and visitors alike. Dh387 million state-of-the-art conference center and hotel will be owned by ADNEC.
