Dubai-based property developer, Sheffield Real Estate FZC launched a massive expansion of their project portfolio by entering Dubai Waterfront, the world's largest waterfront development of Nakheel located near the new Dubai World Central Airport. Dubai Realtor said it will have three projects on the Dubai Waterfront with a combined value of Dh 3.5 billion.

The Dubai Waterfront properties join Sheffield's developments in its portfolio with residential properties in Dubai Marina, International City, commercial real estate development in Jumeirah Lake Towers and a Shopping Mall in Mizin. The main real estate development of the firm is the Dh 1.7 billion Marina 101, one of the tallest towers in Dubai.
