Emaar Morocco to unveil Aldea realty project shortly

Emaar had launched Aldea, the first phase of real estate units in Tinja, to strong investor response through sales in Morocco and Dubai.

Emaar Morocco, the country-subsidiary of Dubai-based Emaar Properties PJSC, has completed a dedicated sales centre for Tinja, a 300 hectare (3 million sq m) resort realty project near Tangiers. The sales centre will host the sale of Aldea apartments in Tinja offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean or natural indigenous forests.

Mr. Yves Delmar, Chief Executive Officer, Emaar Morocco, said: "Tinja is setting a new benchmark in developing integrated lifestyle communities with its focus on luxury residences, community amenities and hospitality components. The project complements Moroccan government's Vision 2010 to strengthen the tourism sector and position the country as a preferred destination for investments."

Tinja realty project is developed as part of the MAD43.5 billion (Dh19.6 billion; US$5.34 billion) Memorandum of Understanding that Emaar Morocco has signed with the Moroccan government. Emaar had launched Aldea, the first phase of real estate units in Tinja, to strong investor response through sales in Morocco and Dubai.
