Listing a property on Gowealthy.com is very simple. Just register for free membership. In the Members area, click on List Your Property and use our customized form to enter property details. You can modify the details of your listing at any given time.

Gowealthy.com offers a free listing service for all international properties except the UAE. All listings are subject to review before their publication on the website.

On Gowealthy.com International Property Marketplace you may list any type of property from any part of the world.

It could be Apartments, Family Room, Condominiums, Townhouses, Islands, manufacturing homes, mansions, Hotels, Motels, Resorts, Villas, Restaurants, office spaces, Commercial properties, ocean-view lots, reforestation projects, Bed & Breakfast Inns, lodges or Farms/Ranches. If the type of your property is not in the list you can specify in the "others" column.

Yes. You may sell your properties in the UAE through Gowealthy.com. They are listed on Gowealthy.com International Property Marketplace free of cost. Once the properties are sold through our sales executives, we charge the seller a brokerage fee of 2% of the selling price.

You can publish 5 photos with each listed property,so that you could present the property in all its facets. Gowealthy.com s user friendly software enables you to upload the text and photos right from your home. The software is so designed that even a novice in computers would find it easy to upload them in a few minutes

Photographs submitted should be of a reasonable size and resolution. We prefer the image size be less than 200kb and the resolution around 72dpi

Yes. Gowealthy.com International Property Marketplace allows you to modify all aspects of your listing at any given time.

While listing the properties (also applicable to UAE listings) you are provided with an ID number that will be displayed alongside your property listings. Gowealthy.com International Property Marketplace is keen on establishing trusting relationships based on respect for personal identity and information by promoting the use of fair information practices. So, be relieved, without your consent, your contact information is never let out to any third party through Gowealthy.com.

On publishing your property at Gowealthy.com International Property Marketplace interested buyers will contact you directly through email or by phone. Email enquiries will be sent to the seller via Gowealthy.coms direct email forwarding service. Gowealthy.com will not answer any enquiries on your behalf.

Gowealthy.com does not charge any brokerage either from the buyer or the seller of International properties. However, for UAE listings, we do charge a commission of 2% of the sale price as referral fees once the properties are sold through us.
