Picasso Abu Dhabi - Masterpieces from the Musée National Picasso, Paris

Picasso Abu Dhabi, the Arab world's first public exhibition of the works of Pablo Picasso, is being held in the UAE under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. It features 186 paintings, sculptures and works on paper spanning all periods and styles in the career of the 20th century's signature artist. The exhibition in Abu Dhabi is part of the 9-nation tour of the exhibition and it is the only Middle Eastern venue on the tour. Abu Dhabi exhibition is differentiated by the exclusive inclusion of 40 drawings, prints and illuminated manuscripts reminiscent of the Arab influences Picasso absorbed during his youth in Malaga.
