* 2 + years of experience in online marketing, SEM and managing ad campaign, candidates with working knowledge of media agency would be preferred.
* Graduates/Post Graduates with management exposure, good working knowledge in computer and web area.
* The candidate should have an excellent track record and worked with target oriented online advertising marketing and online sales program development experience.
* The candidate should be responsible for the execution of Online advertising policy of the Portal and implement the Listing plan and follow ups with UAE based real estate Agents and developers. Position will also be responsible for developing an on-going content strategy for online communications and other marketing efforts.
Key duties/responsibilities of online marketing specialist:
1 Promote the Portal to UAE based real estate agents through constant follow ups making personal visits, E Mail campaigns and Outgoing calls
2. Effectively work with other team members including Account Officers, SEO Specialists, to keep the monthly targets.
3. Implement and maintain social media brand-monitoring program and monitor all blogs Measure and report the impact of social media efforts. Provide recommendations based on analysis of results.
4. Interact professionally and confidently with our clients to provide them the best customer service possible.
5. Develop and manage the day-to-day activity and content on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
6. Manage online lead generation efforts to attract more listings on the site.
7. Utilize Google Analytics to provide analyses of website and online marketing campaigns.
8. Prepare monthly performance reports for UAE
9. Smart writing and proposal development skills.
10. Understanding of the existing and emerging interactive ad technologies and platforms, online ad inventory and related concepts.
11. Good negotiation and leads conversion skills.
* Should be extremely outgoing, strong people-skills. Entrepreneurial and both business and creative minded.
This position is based in Dubai.
