Waterfalls in Grenada

Grenada abounds in natural beauty, ravishing beaches, bountiful greenery and cascading waterfall. The most popular waterfalls in Grenada are Annandale Falls, Seven Sisters Falls and Concord Falls. Explore Grenada's rich natural wealth, play in pleasant waters, sit around the pools of water and enjoy every moment of your vacations.

Annandale Falls

Near the village of Constantine, a well-tended hilly path lined with local fruit trees and flowering plants takes you to these popular falls. The water flows 35 feet into a grotto surrounded by lush vegetation. The pool is ideal for swimming and diving.

Seven Sisters Falls

Before the Grand Étang, a side road leads to the St Margaret, or Seven Sisters Falls. It is at a 30-minute walk from the main road, but a guide is recommended.

Concord Falls

The three waterfalls on the edge of the forest reserve on the western side of the island, near Concord, are collectively known as the Concord Falls. All of them are accessible by a hike that goes up the valley.

The First Concord Falls is at a 45 minutes walking distance from the main road or can be reached by car too. It is readily access able with a paved road leading almost directly up to it.  A dip in the crystal clear and cold water is quite refreshing. The Second Concord Falls is bigger and taller. It can be reached by a 40-minute hike that crosses a river seven times. The trail is lined with lush plants and goes through a nutmeg plantation and is marked. A guide is available for a charge of around EC$20 but is not necessary. Swimming here is not recommended, as it is a part of the island’s water supply. The third fall can be reached by a trail though it may be difficult than the last one.

Marquis Falls & Mt. Carmel

The largest and highest waterfalls of the island are located two miles south of Grenville. These are two different falls that cascade over 70 feet into to the crystal clear waters below. Easy to reach, a 30-minute hike through a private plantation with local spices and fruits bring you these falls.
