Enjoy Winter in Snow City

The Singapore Snow City is located in the City Hall district and is the first indoor snow center in the city. Filled with 150 tons of fresh snow, the facility is 3 storey high and the snow slope is maintained at a -5 degrees Celsius.

Snow City is a great experience for the entire family, creating a winter atmosphere in the tropical climate of the island. Visitors can take a thrilling ‘snowtubing’ rides down the snowy slops on inflatable tubes. Similar to sledding, the rubber tubes make you feel like you’re flying off the slopes. Snowball fights are also common here and freshly packed snow can be easily manipulated into any desired shaped, especially snow men. Skiing and snowboarding lessons are available through experienced instructors.

Snow City offers interactive and educational tours of the facility, offering presentations about temperature control and letting school children conduct scientific experiments.

Snow City provides visitors with free jackets and snow boots suitable for sub-zero temperature.
