Property Tours Dubai by Gowealthy

Brought by Gowealthy Holdings, the leading online company, the Property Tours Dubai, is designed to showcase the various real estate developments coming up in Dubai. The Gowealthy team recently embarked on the tour and discovered a complete new and innovative world altogether.

The tour initiated from the Emirates Road, and the tour bus first stop was International city; a low profile, sprawling residential cluster of building next to the massive Dragon Mart. Each cluster represents a particular country, including China, Japan, Indonesia, France, England Italy and more.  The whole project offers a pretty cozy ambience, and a sense of open-ness as all the buildings are only three storied. An interesting addition to the international city was the Global Garden view and Global Green View projects, although different from the international city primary projects both these projects come under the international city project since the international city is demarcated in several other projects including, Al Dana 1 and 2.

After a complete round of the international city, where the development seemed almost nearing the finishing line, the tour bus moved ahead. Our next stop was Arabian Ranches- an exclusive community, all the villas were aesthetically designed in a Mediterranean style with Arabic touch and the sizes varied. The surroundings were beautifully landscaped to add the additional touch of exquisiteness.

After a considerable short stay at the ranches our bus moved ahead to our next destination. From Arabian ranches on our way to Dubai Marina, we could see massive piling work in progress for the mega project of Dubailand- the Heart of New Dubai! Home to ambitious tourism, leisure and entertainment developments, Dubailand was conceived on a phenomenal scale. Encompassing 3 billion sq.ft of land in the heart of the desert, Dubailand transforms the image of Dubai. We could only satisfy ourselves with the hoardings on the roadside depicting the lifestyle at Dubailand and it was pretty exciting!

After another 20 minutes drive from Dubailand we reached Sheikh Zayed road, and finally our most anticipated destination Emirates hills, the Meadows and the Lakes projects. Beautifully landscaped to perfection, with lush greens, all these projects were awe-inspiring to the point of stupor. The massive and small villas with immaculate surroundings and tranquil ambience set the projects as an incarnation of a desert dream. No wonder! Dubai gets the real credit for making the desert animated and alive with the wonders of nature. From inside an air-conditioned bus it was almost impossible to realize that geographically we were in the midst of the Rub-al-Khali desert or the Arabian Desert.

Our next and our final stop over was Dubai Marina- One of the largest man-made waterfronts in the world.  Dubai Marina seeks to create a visionary city within a city. Defining the new skyline for Dubai, the marina project includes a cluster of high-rises including the tallest residential tower in the world namely the Princess Tower.

All the building were scattered in an interesting manner facing the marina or the stunning lagoon forming the centerpiece of the developments.  The major developments at the marina included JBR, the Waves, Belvedere, Marina Diamond, Marina crown and a lot more.

Going back from Dubai Marina, we saw some fleeting glimpses of Palm Jumeirah and its massive completion work going on. From far away we could see the reclined land that looked like a cornice on the water surface surrounded by emerald green water; almost it was not difficult to imagine how beautiful it must be in actuality.

On our way back to Sheikh Zayed road, we came across other significant construction, the Business Bay, which included the most interesting of all developments Burj Dubai- the world’s tallest tower when completed. The triple-lobed design of the high rise tower is based on an abstracted version of a desert flower, while the silhouette of the lobes resonate the onion-dome constructions of an Islamic culture.

Thus ending our tour of the new Dubai we went back to the old Dubai. The coming back to reality wasn’t too effusive, as we were still awe stricken by the massive work, never has construction been so interesting and so excitingly variant as was the construction we witnessed in Dubai. It has been a telltale of the phenomenal development that is shaping Dubai forever into a revolutionary and a multifaceted city of wonder, culture, modernity and ethnicity.
