Hansen is a fashionable establishment, housed in the basement of the 19th-century Vienna Stock Exchange. The restaurant is at one end of the flower shop, so diners can see shoppers browsing for everything from a single rose to a $2,000 lemon tree. The interior of the restaurant is sleek and modern. Dubrovnik restaurant is one of Vienna oldest yet most highly regarded Croatian restaurants located opposite Vienna's central Stadtpark and just down the road from Austria's national mint. Korso

Set in the Bristol Hotel, just across from the Staatsoper, the Korso bei Der Oper is pretty famous among the rich and the famous. The restaurant's Chef Reinhard Gerer is famous throughout Austria for his culinary mastery and creative touch. The interior of the restaurant is appealingly delicious, with gleaming wood-panel walls, beveled glass, tables set with fine linen, sparkling Riedel crystal, fresh flowers, and a massively baronial fireplace, complete with period columns. Fish definitely is the specialty of Korso, including delicately fried Rotbarsch (rosefish) paired with tiny, crispy fried parsley and pureed polenta, Salzkammergut lake trout grilled and drizzled with shallot sauce.
