1: The Clubhouse Grille
Located at the golf club, it serves a continental breakfast, 6am to 11am, with delicious baked goods, fresh juices and breakfast sandwiches. Lunch is available before tee-times or after a round of golf and served from 11am to 5pm. The outdoor patio seats up to 60 persons and the air-conditioned restaurant seats 20 people. This new restaurant is open to guests for a prix fixe Prime Rib and Lobster Dinner seven days a week for breakfast and lunch, and five days a week for dinner seasonally.

2: The Royal Grille
The resort’s fine dining classic steakhouse, offers guests prime beef and mouth-watering seafood cooked to perfection in the open kitchen. Start off with a Classic Caesar Salad or the savory Lobster Bisque served with a Cognac drizzle. Indulge with the certified Angus 12oz New York Strip served with green pepper corn sauce and potato. Whatever the occasion, an elegant family affair or an intimate dinner for two, the Royal Grille is the perfect choice. The Royal Grille is included in the meal plan with $35.00 per adult, $15.00 per child surcharge up to 12 years old. Reservations are required; a dress code is in effect. Open for dinner daily.

3: Blu
A seafood specialty restaurant, experience the thrill of tasting the freshest banquet of mussels, clams, lobster and fish while enjoying a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and dramatic tropical rolling hills. Guests begin their dining experience with a complimentary “Blu Wave” aperitif, made with Blue Curacao liqueur, Alize, Ting (a Caribbean grapefruit soda) and a cherry, served in a champagne glass. Try the signature Crab Dip appetizer, served bubbling in a copper pot with a Parmesan crust and Smoked Bacon Baguette. For the main course, the Ocean Sampler with a 1lb. Lobster, Jumbo Shrimp, Mussels and Alaskan king crab legs is a seafood-lovers dream. Open for breakfast and lunch seasonally and dinner daily 5:30-10pm.

4: Calypso Restaurant Caribbean food for lunch and try a Chicken Roti Wrap with curried chicken and fruit chutney or the Sugar Cane Skewered Shrimp served with Brinley’s Mango Rum glazed plantains. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Calypso Restaurant helps guests start the day out right by serving a bountiful breakfast buffet with choices ranging from omelet to waffle stations, and everything in between. 6: Ballahoo Restaurant
Enjoy dining in cool comfort overlooking the Circus town centre. Established in 1982, the Ballahoo is Basseterre's most popular restaurant and meeting place.
