Large luxury hotels and resorts with all facilities including tennis courts, spas, restaurants, beaches etc are available in St.Lucia. Many of these hotels are resorts, providing everything their guests need. Many smaller hotels have grouped themselves as The Inns of St Lucia, representing a third of the total number of rooms on the island. There is a 10-15% service charge & an 8% government tax on all hotel bills.
Anse Chastanet. Hillside and beachside suites, romantic, luxurious, stunning views in all directions, open balconies, airy, only drawback is the walk uphill after overindulging at dinner, the best scuba diving on the island, consistently highly rated dive operation, diving packages available, watersports, tennis, spa, lovely beach setting, restaurant on the beach and halfway up the hill, live music in the evenings, walks and excursions available, isolated. Highly recommended.

Club Med. This 250-room resort is the biggest on the south coast, and is ensconced behind guarded gates that lend a somewhat unwelcoming feel. Rooms are adequately luxurious, there are pools, tennis courts and a restaurant on site, and some structured activities are laid on for kids. The beach is long and lovely, and watersports are available, though as the resort is only semi all-inclusive, you'll pay extra for sports such as scuba diving.
