Anguilla offers a wide choice of 3 to 5 star hotels and clubs for upmarket and independent travellers. Though there are a number of relatively small, but expensive hotels and clubs, good bargains can be found in the summer months. 1: Allamanda
Allamanda has 16 one and two bedroom units and is within very easy reach of the beach and all the facilities there. There is a pool and gym, as well as Zara's restaurant on premises.

Another hotel at Rendezvous Bay is the Anguilla Great House Resort, consisting of 27 rooms in Caribbean style villas. There are plenty of opportunities for water sports including, windsurfers, kayaks, and sunfish. The restaurant and pool are next to the beach which has breath-taking views across the water to St Martin.

A small, laid back, fun place to stay, right on the Beach at Island Harbour. The Arawak beach inn offers great accommodations, all with water views at very reasonable prices.

4: Cap Juluca
Cap Juluca is a romantic, secluded and sophisticated retreat. It is situated on 179 acres and skirts the calm, turquoise waters of Maundays and Cove bay. There are 58 luxury rooms and junior suites, 7 suites and six 3 and 5 bedroom pool villas. Water sports, a pool, croquet, tennis courts, are all part of the facilities in this glistening white Moorish style resort. There are two restaurants, Pimms situated waterside and George's right on the beach.

6: Rendezvous Bay Hotel
Rendezvous Bay Hotel was the second hotel to be built on the island. It has remained a popular one as it provides friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. There are 30 rooms, mostly by the sea, with single, double or villa accommodation. Rendezvous Bay is a beautiful beach that is excellent for swimming.

Also on Meads Bay is Frangipani Beach Club; there are 15 units with one or two bedrooms as well as a penthouse. This is a fairly new complex and is well furnished and decorated in Spanish Mediterranean style. There is a very good restaurant here which is directly on the beautiful white sand beach.

10: La Sirena Hotel
Overlooking Mead's Bay is La Sirena Hotel which has 36 rooms and is only a two minute walk from the beautiful beach of Mead's Bay. There are two freshwater pools, tropical garden, bar and free snorkeling equipment. There is a restaurant and boutique, and La Sirena is also the location of Anguillian Divers' second dive shop.
