Guest-houses are usually small private homes incorporating several housekeeping units while others provide shared kitchen facilities. Most of the larger establishments are old Bermudian residences with spacious gardens which have been converted and modernised. Larger guest-houses may offer the Bermuda Plan or a slightly stripped-down version of the Continental Plan.
