Getting to Aruba

The Caribbean desert island offers plenty of options for travelers looking to arrive in style. There are many ways to arrive at Aruba via a charter airline, a commercial jet, a cruise, or on your own yacht.

aeroplaneServed by airlines worldwide, and large enough to accommodate a Boeing 747 jet and 2.5 million passengers each year, this airport makes getting into Aruba almost as easy as relaxing on a beach. Both charter and commercial flights to Aruba's state-of-the-art Queen Beatrix International Airport are popular travel options.

  • American Airlines
  • Continental Airlines
  • Delta Airlines
  • KLM
  • United Airlines
  • US Airways

Aruba is also served by seasonal charter flights from Cleveland, Newark, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Orlando, Atlanta, Charlotte, Loisville, Cincinnnati, Nashville and Stewart Newburgh. Year round charters from Boston, Chicago, Detroit, and Hartford. In Canada, charter service is available through Skyservice. While charter flights are as common as commercial flights to Aruba, especially during the high season, plenty of commercial airlines offer service to the island.

Vacationers looking to arrive by sea can arrive on a cruise ship and briefly experience what Aruba has to offer, or they can come by a smaller yacht under their own flag. Yacht charters are available throughout the islands, but visitors may also bring their yacht from home. Aruba vacationers can choose from a large number of cruise lines that regularly visit the island.
