In the Grenadines there is a recently built airport on Bequia, another one on Union Island. The island of Mustique has a private airport and another small, private airport is in Canouan. Flight fares within the Grenadines are quite reasonable.

LIAT is the main airline serving St Vincent and the Grenadines. It connects the island from Antigua, Barbados, Beef Island (BVI), Grenada, Port of Spain (Trinidad), St Lucia, St Maarten, San Juan (Puerto Rico).
BWIA, British Airways, Air Canada, American Airlines, and Air France offer connecting flights via Barbados, St. Lucia, Martinique, Trinidad and Grenada. Other flight services are:
American Eagle flies in from Puerto Rico.
HelenAir flies in from Grenada, Trinidad, St Lucia and Union Island.
Mustique Airways from Carriacou, Fort de France, Grenada, St Lucia.
