Grenada is a tourist friendly country where the citizens of most of the countries do not require visa to enter for stay up to 3 months. The citizens of Canada and United State of America do not require visas to visit Grenada provided they are in possession of the proof of their citizenship and a return ticket or tickets to an onward destination. Citizens of Commonwealth countries are also exempt from visa provided they are in possession of their valid passport and return tickets or tickets to an onward destination. |

A valid passport or approved travel document
Two passport size photographs of the applicant
Visa fees
The fee for the visitor's visa is $100.00 for single entry or $250.00 for multiple entries. Fees must be remitted by Money Order or Certified Cheque. For applications submitted by mail, an additional CAD$7.00 must be included to cover the cost of return by Registered Mail.
Working days required
Application for a visa should be made at least three weeks before the intended date of departure. If it is necessary to refer the application to Immigration authorities in Grenada, a longer period will be required for processing.
Holders of Visitor's Visas may not take up employment in Grenada unless authorized to do so by the local Ministry of Labor. Non-Grenadians wishing to work in Grenada must first obtain a work permit from the Ministry of Labor, St. George's, Grenada. Non-Grenadians wishing to purchase land in Grenada are required to apply to the Government for an Aliens Land Holding Permit.
