Nauru is not the usual tourist destination. It will be of great delight for adventure tourists as it is an exotic and virgin place not crowded by many tourists. There are certain regulations regarding entry into Nauru. All the tourists entering the island have to satisfy the entry criteria set up by the government of Jamaica.
The citizens of all the countries in the world need to carry a passport valid for six months and a valid visa to enter Nauru. However, transit passengers continuing their journey by the same or first connecting aircraft, provided they hold onward or return documentation and do not leave the airport, do not need to have visa to enter Nauru.
Nationals of Australia, Canada, Ireland, the UK and the USA need not to have visa stamped on their passport prior to the journey. They may obtain a tourist visa on arrival for stays of up to 30 days, provided holding valid passport, return or onward tickets, sufficient funds and a confirmed hotel booking.

Visitor's visas should be arranged by the sponsor in Nauru. Passport details should be given so that a visa letter may be sent directly.
Validity of Visa
The visa issued by government of Nauru is valid for 30 days.
Cost of Visa
All the visas are issued free of charge.
Working Days Required
It may require 4 to 5 working days to issue tourist visas and 5 to 6 in case of a business visa. However, it is recommended that applications are made at least two weeks prior to date of travel.
