An International Company ( Offshore Company) is a company whose registered office is located at Anjouan but which exercise no activity in this country. From the Ordinance, this International Company is exonerated from any tax except the governmental and BCI annual rights. An International Company is authorized to practice any type of activities in conformity with the Law of Anjouan. Only certain activities are subjected to specific license (Bank, Insurances, Gambling, Sea transport, etc...). |
The minimum capital of an International Company is US$ 200 or its equivalent in another currency. The minimum number of shareholders is one who can be an individual or a company. Corporate endings in most languages to suit your market are acceptable, including:
